Pineapple Cheese Casserole

This is by far the recipe my friends and family request the most for me to bring to get-togethers. I also reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup as did some others and it tastes just fine.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This is by far the most requested dish people ask me to bring to any function! I usually double the icing recipe figuring if you are going to eat carrot cake, which is one of the highest caloric desserts made, you may as well make it great.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Great way to use up those turning bananas. I have made this several times, also coating the pan with cinnamon sugar, and everyone loves it!
