Ricotta Gnocchi

Simple, but very addictive! Loved these! Dough was more difficult than expected to roll out, but that's alright. Probably best only to make once in a while as a treat anyway; don't want my waistline to expand too much (more). :P

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Excellent! Only change is I'd make more sauce/basting liquid next time. There wasn't much left in the pan to make sauce from afterward. Otherwise, completely excellent and delicious!

Moroccan Lentil Soup

Very tasty. Used the Ras el Hanout spices as recommended by other reviewers. Turned out beautifully although very, very thick. Almost more of a lentil stew or curry. Could be watered down, but is still good as is, although I prefer to dip/spread on pita wedges this way. Made A LOT. Next time would halve beans/lentils but keep other measurements the same. (I like lots of tomato and spices and the extra broth would help keep it soupier.)

Basic Fondue

Delicious! Dipped bread, broccoli, and mushrooms with great results. Perfect fondue! I'd only ever had Gruyere-based fondues that use wine/alcohol. They are tasty, but not everyone likes the flavour left over by the spirits/wine. This alternative was a big hit all round! Made with a really good quality, aged cheddar. I highly recommend trying this recipe the next time you're thinking fondue. I would especially recommend this recipe to first-time fondue-ers. Thank you, thank you for the great recipe!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Looked and tasted good. Followed recipe exactly first time through. Not as much of a kick from the cayenne as I was expecting. Would add more cayenne and/or chili powder and/or red pepper flakes next time. Also, as other reviewers suggested, would use less chicken broth; sauce was fairly runny. Good recipe overall though. Thanks!

Baked Spaghetti

Very tasty. Only change I made was to substitute ricotta for the cottage cheese, which I do for any pasta recipe that calls for cottage cheese. I think I'd use a bit less pasta and quite a bit more ricotta next time. Maybe use 2/3 the spaghetti and 1 1/2 times the ricotta. Everything else seemed just right. Great recipe! Thanks!
