I received this recipe through an e-mail via allrecipes and was intrigued. Was impressed by the rating/number of reviews and how easy the recipe looked. I was super tired today and thought this would be a good day to try it out. It was sooo easy to make...just had to add more olive oil/garlic (I used Trader Joe's jar of crushed garlic...delish & ooooh soooo convenient!) and bread crumb/Parm. cheese mixture which was fine. This is just simply the best! Sooo easy, fun, & fast to make and comes out sooo moist and delicious. Thank you for this keeper of a recipe!!!

Your yummy, creamy recipe silenced the skeptics in my family!! They loooved it!! It's a keeper, for sure :)))) Thanks for sharing it, Diane! I used a rice cooker and followed the directions at step #2, but substituted fat free 1/2 & 1/2 for the evap. milk and it came out delicious. Only had to stir it for about 30 mins. Loooved it!!!!!
