I made this pudding last night for supper. It was so much better than the box. The only thing I would do different is put only 1 tsp vanilla in it. It was just a little too strong for me. It is a lot easier than cooking on the stove. Thank you for this recipe.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I have done this for a long time. My family just loves it like this. It really works great on a broiler pan. The bacon dosen't lay in the fat.

Crusty French Bread

I made this bread the other day and then I made it again today. My husband says it is the best bread I have ever made. Tomorrow I am going to double the recipe so we will see how it works. It is just a wonderful bread.

Creamy Chocolate Cupcakes

I made 2 batches of these cupcakes today to take to a picnic. Didn't change a thing and they are really great. My husband is not a chocolate lover but he really liked these. They are very easy to make.

Chocolate Oil Cake

Just tried this today. Took it to a luncheon and got rave reviews. Very easy to make. I put the Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting from this web site on it. Very good. The ladies ate it all.

Fresh Apple Cake II

We loved this. I just made half a recipe which was just right for the two of us. I used Jonathan apples but I still didn't use all the sugar it called for and it was very sweet. Next time I will try the butter/sugar/cinnamon sprinkle on top.

Zucchini Cake III

This cake was very easy to make. Also it was very moist. Mine was done in about 60 minutes instead 80. The best zucchini cake I have ever had and my husband loved it.
