My husband's favorite is creamy rice pudding and he just adored this recipe. I made it for a Valentine's Day dessert. I followed the recipe exactly and everything came out wonderfully! I am a decent baker but I had never made rice pudding before...but it was terrific! I am actually making it again tonight since there was nothing left!!!! My only note is that I preferred cinnamon rather than nutmeg (but it is a personal preference) it was delicious both ways : )
