The pizza crust itself was really good. My dad said it was "good" but I tend to be really critical of my own cooking ha ha so these are the errors I made -I should have shredded a blend of Italian cheeses rather than buying a bag of the Italian blend stuff -I didn't think the sauce was sweet enough so I added a few teaspoons of sugar and I SHOULDN'T have done that. -I should have done two small individual, thin crust pizza's rather than one large. -I should have baked the pie plate (not sure what its called, its stone and flat and round) and oiled and seasoned it before laying the dough on top. I think this would have given it a way better crust. *All in all, the crust recipe was great, I'd definitely recommend it and rather than the advised minutes to let the dough rise, I'd give it a full hour just to be safe!*
