PR Recipe of: *Sherri* ~ I made this dough up in January, in the bread machine using 3 1/2 cups AP flour. After it was finished, I vacuumed sealed the dough and put it in the freezer. Now in April, I pulled the dough out of the freezer and put in in the fridge overnight. After it thawed, I let it rise and then formed in to the pizza crust. I used mozzarella cheese sticks to make a stuffed crust pizza. I par baked the crust with the cheese for 5 minutes at 400°. I then topped with pizza sauce, cottage cheese, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, sausage, fresh sliced tomatoes, banana pepper rings and shredded mozzarella. Put it back in the oven at 375° for 20 minutes. The result was a delicious pizza with a crust that was great to work with, that I will be using again! Thanks Sherri!
