Too Easy Peach Cobbler
I LOVE this recipe. It is the exact recipe and recipe title that I grew up with, from my grandma. The only change I make, although my grandma made as the submitted recipe, is I don't cut off the crust. I leave it on as I like the chewiness that the crust gives the topping. This is my favorite recipe to use fresh peaches for a delightful summer dessert. I have also made this using a peach/mango combination. We like it best served slightly warmed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Chik-Fil-A(R) Slaw (Copycat)
We do like Chick-fil-A® slaw, and this is close. We found the dressing to be a little thinner than the original. If you like a creamy base slaw, this is a good recipe, and one I will be using again. I shredded the cabbage and carrot in a food processor to get the fine texture. This is a great recipe to top pulled pork with. Thanks Tisha, for sharing your copycat recipe.

Jalapeno Green Onion Ale Corn Bread
We enjoyed this corn bread served with 'Pork and Black Bean Stew' from AR. I made a half batch and baked it in a casserole dish in the toaster oven. My jalapeños had turned red, so they were warm but not as warm as a green one would have been. A tasty corn bread that I will be making again.
