Sylvia's Easy Greek Salad
I made a half of batch of this without the olives. I did cut the oil and vinegar way back than what is called for. I only used 2 TB of each for a half a recipe and it was perfect. The first time I made this, as written, the salad was swimming in liquid. The flavors of this salad are very good, and it is very pretty with all the colors. I like to sprinkle the feta on right before serving, so that it doesn't break down. This was served with 'Chicken Paprika' from AR.

Chicken Paprika
Recipe Group Selection: 11, October 2014 ~ LOVED this dish! I prepared a half batch of this recipe using 1# of chicken breast. It was plenty to feed the two of us with leftovers. Because we love the taste of cooked onions, I didn't measure it, I just used the entire onion. I used half regular paprika and half hot paprika. We both thoroughly enjoyed the taste of this recipe. I served mine over acorn squash and my DH's over a baked Yukon Gold potato. Nice and creamy and rich with flavor. Definitely will be making this one again. Thanks Khall88, for sharing your recipe. I served this with 'Sylvia's Easy Greek Salad' an AR recipe.

Whipped Pumpkin Pie
Recipe Group Selection: 04, October 2014 ~ I made the pie portion as directed, but used a store bought graham cracker crust. It is light and fluffy with good flavor. It also cuts and plates very nicely so it would work well for company.
