simple and tasty...what more could you ask for in an appetizer?? i did bake them on a grid to let the fat drip off, which made me feel a bit better (given how many i ate!) and they still tasted yummy!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

totally worth burning my arm for! using fresh herbs made for a very tasty turkey. i also brined it with the recipe off of this site as well...so juicy it was spilling off the cutting board as i was carving it.

my all-time FAV chocolate chip cookie...i love the cake-like texture and it doesn't have that heavy greasy butter feeling like so many other chocolate chip cookies. goodness...i'm craving one now!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
