Avocado Baked Eggs

I abosolutely love egg and avocado, especially the combination of hard boiled egg whites with fresh uncooked avocado. I thought I would love this recipie but neither my BF or I cared for it. I'll stick with the fresh avocado and cooked eggs from now on.

Apple Crisp II

Perfect!! Doubled the topping. Also sprinkled a little nutmeg and mace in addition to what the recipe calls for on the apples and tossed to coat before adding the topping. I used cortland apples - apps 4.5 pounds. This was gone in minutes!

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Yum! I made this spice combo as a rub for chicken wings but used less salt. It had a nice Spicy kick! BF said they were the best wings I ever made. To bake - (1) rub wings in oil, (2) put wings & spice in ziploc (3) shake to coat (4) Baked at 350 - 30 mins skin side up, 20 mins skin side down, 10 mins skin side up = perfection!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

I mixed the mustard and teriyaki first in a bowl and dipped each piece in the mixture. I also used thin sliced chicken to give each piece a better sauce/chicken ratio. I make fresh bacon and break up over the chicken with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Have made this many times and love it! Thanks!

Beef Tips

I added 2 tblsp of spicy mustard (Chinese restruant style) and some crushed red pepper. Let it simmer until the sauce thickened and served with rice pilaf! Yum!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

I don't eat mushrooms but I needed a recipe to use use for green bean casserole. I made this by adding garlic and omitting the mushrooms and it was perfect. I also skipped the chicken broth since I wanted a thicker sauce.
