I made this today. It was absolutely the best turkey I've ever done. The only thing I did differently was to cook it outside on my gas grill which has a temperature gauge, so it basically worked like an oven. Will definitely do this again. Everyone raved about the turkey.

Holiday Cranberry Chutney

I made this and my family loves it. I used Splenda instead of sugar and it was great! We love it used as a spread on bread on a turkey sandwich.

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

OUTSTANDING!!! I used fresh broccoli which I steamed in the microwave. I also used granular Splenda instead of sugar and egg substitute instead of egg. I will be fixing this again and again.
