Easy Beef Stroganoff
Made for dinner.. came out great and easy.. I used meatballs instead of ground meat & light sourcream.. I will do it again with fat free sourcream and low salt broth.. kids/husband won't taste the difference

Spinach Basil Pesto
Came out great -- left out cheese, used walnuts since they are more affordable and reduced oil.. left out lemon & still is great.. Love that I can freeze.. will be great fast marinade.. or plan brush on grilled stuff, hot or cold pasta dishes.. After its frozen I will keep it in quart zip lock -- just like my sons baby food.

French Bread
Great recipe.. I read other reviews but did not at more salt -- salt retards yeast & too much can kill yeast all together.. I added tablespoon of olive oil and 2 table spoons of mixed italian herbs ( parsley, basil, garlic & oregano).. Dough came out awesome.. I think the oil give nice texture.. I also cut before its has risen and brush egg only once.. Nice crust and held up to meatball subs nicely :)
