Baked Buffalo Wings

Fantastic!!! The only reason all the negative reviews are saying they are "soggy" or "mushy mess" is because they aren't shaking off the flour when they take the wings from the ziploc. Tap the wings and place them on your cookie sheet. Bake them for recommended 45 minutes but on 425 (can do skillet corn bread at the same time;)) Frank's wing sauce or Emeril's dry spice are both fantastic. Killer wings in no time and no grease!!! Crunchy and yummy.
