Wonderful, easy dish! Always follow the recipe, except for using a baked boneless chicken breast versus the canned chicken. Always get requests for this recipe. Cannot go wrong!

Cajun Shrimp Orecchiette

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
I made some serious adjustments to this dish, but the base is a good one so I am giving this 5 stars. For starters, I was hungry and had to use what I had on hand in the fridge. I replaced the shrimp with a few chicken sausage links that I had and the green onion with a regular yellow onion. I also did not have scallions, but I followed the rest of the recipe pretty much as stated. The flavor on this was superb! I also added a little feta cheese on the top at the end. I would certainly make this again, super easy!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

I loved this one! I did not change anything on this one...my husband raved - said it was the best dish I had ever made. I have to admit it was pretty darn good. This will be made again for sure.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
Simple, easy and yummy. I love having dinner ready when I get home and this is one of those recipes that is easy for a busy mom to throw in the crock pot in the morning and feed a hungry family the instant you come home. I can't live without these types of recipes. I did use a pork shoulder instead of the more expensive meat. Fell apart easily.

I make this all the time now! The only thing I do differently is omit the ham. It is delicious, easy and my picky children love it! THANKS so much!

Holy Cow these are great! I actually replace the white sugar with Splenda and these turn out so yummy. I make them constantly and my 18 month old twins eat them up!

Extra Easy Hummus

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2008
Great recipe and easy to do. Good consistency and reminds me of some great hummus that we used to get in a local dive around here. Much different then most of the store bought hummus I have had. Will make again for sure.
