Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

This was insanely good. Followed the recipe and put in heatable dip bowl with tortilla chips. Every last bit was eaten. Will make many more times.

Bread Machine Challah II

Beer Bread I

Secoond time making this, first time did not like the flavor so added 1/3 cup white sugar, as suggested and this made all the difference. Used bottle of Blue Moon. Served with spicy chili, hit the spot.

Bread Machine Bagels

Really good bagels. Didn't rise as much as I had hoped but that is probably my own doing, can't blame the recipe. I will make again and adjust to let them raise longer than 10 minutes.

Pumpkin Bread

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

This recipe is delicious! Only change I made was to use fat free half and half instead of heavy cream and turkey sausage instead of pork. The spinach at the end adds a really good flavor to the soup. Can't wait to make again.

Grilled Teriyaki Beer Chicken

Pretty easy recipe.. I gave it four stars because I omitted all the salt and had to bake since we couldn't get the grill to start. The chicken was very moist and the marinade was pretty tasty but didn't penetrate the chicken like I thought it would. Would try again when it can be grilled.

Bread Machine Focaccia

Followed recipe as is since I've never made bread before, and the bread came out great. Only change I would make is to add more rosemary, garlic and other herbs as other suggested. Otherwise, nice and crispy crust with a great soft texture inside. I put dough on cold stone cookie sheet and it cooked perfectly in about 18 minutes.

Tropical Pork Chops

Loved these. Only thing I did not do was add the pineapple at the end, but that would only make them better. I used boneless center cut chops and DH and I were fighting over the last one.

Split Pea Soup without Pork

Really good base recipe. I added more spices per other reviewers. Sauteed some garlic, onions, carrots and celery in olive oil. Than added the broth, water and split peas and it took about 3 hours to cook down. Good consistency if you just let it cook.

New England Clam Chowder I

Really good recipe! Very velvety broth. Only thing I added was cornstarch at end to thicken otherwise followed recipe as written. Next time would add more clams, just for my preference.

Very good receipe, followed it as written along with one recommendation of adding garlic very good and spicy. Added a couple tsp of cornstarch at the end to thicken without losing any of the flavor. Next time would add more chicken.

Storybook Gingerbread Men

This is the first time I made gingerbread cookies. I doubled the recipe and followed it exactly. Cooked 11 minutes at 350, and the cookies have a great texture and are nice and chewy. Good gingerbread flavor. Took one advice and rolled the dough out between parchment paper, made dough easy to work with.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Very good base recipe. I would definitely add some more spice to it next time. I used salsa instead of tomatos w/ chilis, that was only substitution. I cut recipe in half and it still made 15 8 inch tortillas.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Great sauce. Made this tonight for some picky eaters and they really liked it. Loved the creaminess and how well it coated the chicken. Made exactly as written, doubled batch for eight breasts plenty of sauce.

Sticky Monkey Brains

Excellent recipe. Used one big bundt pan and cooked for 35-40 minutes at 350 and was delicious. I used another reviewers idea and put the cinnamon and sugar in a bag and shock batches of the rolls before putting in pan. Will make many more times.
