Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
I make these a couple times a month. Always perfect! Best recipe I've found for mashed potatoes. I don't add any salt either. Warmed milk seems to be the key!

Very good!! And easy! Be sure to decrease the bake time if your chops are thin.

Sausage Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Wonderful for Christmas Breakfast. I stuck to the recipe, but omitted the mushrooms (my husband doesn't like them) and substituted jalapenos for the green chiles. We like it spicy! I also divided the mixture and baked it in two 9x9 pans for about 45 minutes. Turned out great! We all went back for seconds (& thirds!) Also, my husband dipped his in spicy barbecue sauce and liked the additional flavor!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Excellent!! Changes I made: Used crunchy peanut butter and baked on a cookie sheet. Turned out perfect. Make sure to have extra milk on hand to drink while eating these :)

The Best Cheeseball

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
Have passed this recipe on numerous times to family & friends. I even get requests to make it. I mix mine and serve in a bowl which makes for easy clean-up. Keep in the fridge overnight before serving - the longer it rests, the better.

Italian Sausage Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
Excellent! Made this for a Christmas party and it was gone before anything else! Started out slow and didn't look like it was going to come together, but it sure did. Give it a full hour to hour and half before serving for all of the flavors to join together. Also added chopped banana peppers and used hot italian sausage. Served with Scoops chips. Making this again for NYE.
