Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My husband and I loved this! All that parmesan is a little bad for you, though, so I used the lower fat version.

Pumpkin Cookies VI

I added chocolate chips instead of raisins, and instead of plain quick oats, I used a packet of cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal. I brought them to a baby shower and everyone loved them. They are very moist and the spices are great. I will definitely make these again.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

I made this for company, and everyone loved it! It is easy, fast, and very tasty. You could even add more vegetables to make it a little healthier, and it would be great!

Chocolate Bundt Cake

The recipe was very buttery tasting, so maybe some modifications need to be made. It was overall very good, but I recommend flouring the pan, because I had a lot of trouble getting the cake out of my mini-bundt cake pans.

Spiced Butternut Squash Muffins

I made these muffins and both myself and my huband loved them. I used nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger instead of a pumpkin pie spice mix. Also, I think I may have had more squash, so the baking time needed to be a bit longer than 20 minutes because they were still mushy inside. But, I really like these muffins, and I would definitely make them again.

Date Haroset

I made this for Passover last year, and everyone loved it. I'm making it again this year. I actually left out the nuts because I'm allergic to them, and it still came out great.
