To Die For Blueberry Muffins

This recipe is excellent. I used almond milk (unsweetened) in place of regular milk. I also added 1/2 tsp of vanilla as one of the other people mentioned. These muffins are better than any bakery muffin I have ever tasted, moist, flavorful and absolutely yummy!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Loved this recipe! I took the advise of those that have made it before and added the following ingredients: 1 tsp fresh thyme 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 c parmesan cheese 1/3 pkg. cream cheese splashes of white wine to make the sauce soupy, otherwise it would be too dry. Try these additions and you will love it too! My husband wants me to make it again.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

I made this recipe today for Thanksgiving and it was fabulous. I followed some of the suggestions as: added herb & garlic cream cheese instead of plain and used only about 4 oz. of the water the potatoes were cooked in as well as I placed a dish cloth under the lid ( a must). It really absorbed the water that might have gone into the potatoes, making it too watery. Also, remember to stir the potatoes occasionally. This is a nice addition to our Thanksgiving meal. A keeper!!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Excellent ribs.........I took the suggestions of many and edited the recipe to be: 1C each of ketchup, chili sauce & BBQ sauce (Stubbs), 2-1/2 T red wine vinegar, rest ingreg. the same. It was fantastic!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

I changed the original recipe to suit my taste after reviewing the comments and came up with this: bake @350 for 9-10 mins, decrease sugars to 1/2 cup each, add 1/4 tsp cinnamon,nutmeg and cloves. Spray the cookie sheet and the cookies were perfect. Would recommend this to everyone . ENJOY!
