Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Pretty good! Omitted hominy and doubled corn. Added a tablespoon of cumin and some red pepper flakes and that gave it the kick it needed!

Classic Goulash

Was looking to find something close to my grandfathers homemade goulash and this sounded close. The kids loved it. I added some red pepper to mine and it was good, not great. Will keep messing with it until I get it like grandpa's.

Flank Steak Pinwheels

I don't eat red meat, just don't care for it BUT this sounded so good I decided to try a bite, DELICIOUS!! Hubby has had to make it over and over because it's the kids' fav!
