Balsamic Bruschetta

wonderful. will def make it. definitely tastes better after sitting in fridge overnight. loved it. i added a bit of diced red onion in mine.

Scalloped Potatoes II

this is almost exactly how my boyfriend's mother makes them, she just doesnt measure the ingredients out, and she adds pepper with the salt in the layers. A very easy and very yummy hearty side dish. The ONLY thing I would probably do different is to add a little chopped onion and/or garlic to the layers.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Very good...and i forgot the parmesan for the breadcrumb mixture! It defintely still tastes great without it. I also pounded my boneless, skinless breasts to about 1/4-1/2 in thickness and baked about 30 mins. I used half butter/half olive oil instead of all butter. Do not skip the mustard or the crunchy onions...they defintely made this chicken dish stand out from the others.

Tasty Tortellinis

I made these using balsamic vinegar, a little less oil than called for, and used jack daniel's spicy mustard. I put them in a ziploc bag to marinate and let them sit in the fridge for almost 24 hrs before serving. everyone loved them!

Macaroni and Cheese V

i thought this was great. i increased the cheese to approx 3 cups and i didnt shred it, just put it in the freezer to harden it up first, then cut it up in very tiny pieces, which melted nicely in the roux. i also added maybe 1/2 cup shredded (not grated) parmesan too to the roux. leftovers tasted great too!
