Scalloped Potatoes II

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
this is almost exactly how my boyfriend's mother makes them, she just doesnt measure the ingredients out, and she adds pepper with the salt in the layers. A very easy and very yummy hearty side dish. The ONLY thing I would probably do different is to add a little chopped onion and/or garlic to the layers.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Very good...and i forgot the parmesan for the breadcrumb mixture! It defintely still tastes great without it. I also pounded my boneless, skinless breasts to about 1/4-1/2 in thickness and baked about 30 mins. I used half butter/half olive oil instead of all butter. Do not skip the mustard or the crunchy onions...they defintely made this chicken dish stand out from the others.

Tasty Tortellinis

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
I made these using balsamic vinegar, a little less oil than called for, and used jack daniel's spicy mustard. I put them in a ziploc bag to marinate and let them sit in the fridge for almost 24 hrs before serving. everyone loved them!

Macaroni and Cheese V

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
i thought this was great. i increased the cheese to approx 3 cups and i didnt shred it, just put it in the freezer to harden it up first, then cut it up in very tiny pieces, which melted nicely in the roux. i also added maybe 1/2 cup shredded (not grated) parmesan too to the roux. leftovers tasted great too!
