About this Cook
I love to bake (of course) and cook. I have a puppy named Pepper and 2 sisters. I love to flip on the trampoline and I'm a gymnast. (level 6) ! I used to compete. Now I dance! Though I miss gymnastics.

I love to bake cookies, cakes and new things. I love baking from scratch. I like cooking pasta with a garlic sauce.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
When I made this cake, I was expecting it to taste like chickpeas! Surprisingly, it didn't! But this cake did have a strange texture, it was really smooth, but tasted like regular chocolate cake. There was a lot of guesswork involved when making this, as we only had a very small food processor we could only do sections of the beans at a time. So if you want to follow this recipe to the Tee, your cling to have to have a large food processor!

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One
Delicious! I was alone with my grandma and we wanted something a little more interesting than plain pasta or pizza. When I suggested this my grandma was like cheering. This was so easy to make! The ingredients are ones that you usually have around the house, so you don't have to make a special trip to the grocery store for ingredients. If you want to try something new and interesting for lunch or dinner I suggest this!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are so very delicious! These are very chocolatey. Although, I didn't find them chewy. Mine were cakey. I don't know if I did something wrong. I used wheat flour so maybe that caused it? I'm not sure. I didn't have a whole cup of brown sugar so I used my 3/4 of a cup and they turned out fine. I lengthened the time to 14 mintues, after 14 mintues they were absoluetly done.
