Italian Chicken Marinade

This is a great recipe! I also use this seasoning on chicken pieces that I bake in a cooking bag with vegetables.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs

I put the sauce in a separate container and put both ribs and sauce in the fridge overnight, skimmed the grease the next day and heated the sauce adding the flour and water and a cup of prepared BBQ sauce to add more flavor and more sauce. The ribs were warmed on the grill for flavor and the meal was like eating dessert.

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Holiday Chicken Pot Pie

As is, I would rate 4 stars, however, I can never just make a plain recipe like this. I added red bell pepper, mushrooms, celery, green chilies and 2 cloves of garlic. I cooked it in a large casarole dish for 1 hr. and 15 min. and it was wonderful. Now, I would give it 5 stars. JS

Creole Mexican Catfish

This was excellent!! I would however, leave off the cayenne pepper next time. The can of tomatoes and green chilies would be plenty of peppers. My husband and I loved it and even though we both like spicy food agreed that it was a little too peppery.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

This is the best and fastest side dish I have ever made!! I served it with wild rice and catfish baked with a buttermilk/cornmeal crust and fresh jalopenos. Both cooked in about the same time. Yum!
