Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

Reviewed: May 16, 2008
So yummy!! I made this for my husband, sister and her husband. We ate the whole pot!! I served it with tender crisp cooked baby carrots, brocolli, and cauliflour; mostly cooked potatoes; rustic bread cubes; granny smith apple wedges.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Good quick chicken soup base. I add half a rotissare chicken chopped up and skip the cornstarch or decrease to 2T. Quick easy comfort.

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

Reviewed: May 16, 2008
My husband and guests loved this recipe. I am not a big scallop fan but they were good. I will make again. They were an easy way to put together an impressive dish.

Soba with Toasted Sesame Seed Sauce

Reviewed: May 16, 2008
This is a good recipe to use as a starting point. I changed the veggies, used twice the dressing and added some sweet/hot thai chili sauce and peanut butter to get another layer of flavor. I will make it again.

Moist German Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 16, 2008
This cake was very moist and delicious. I made a few changes as suggested by other reviewers. I added 1/2 teaspoon each of baking powder and salt. I also used Dr. Pepper instead of cola. I topped and filled it with Coconut Pecan Frosting I by Marsha. I frosted the sides with a rich chocolate buttercream. Yum Yum.

Ginger Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This recipe was ok. It is a good starting point, but a little sweet and could use some other flavors. Next time I will try adding at least some soy sauce and a chile or two.

Very flavorful. A great way to introduce artichokes and spinach to non veggie eaters.
