Pineapple Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
First of all, I did up the cinnamon and vanilla. I didn't messure the banana, I just used 3 of them. I used some 1/4c apple sauce in place of 1/4c of the veg oil, along with 1p Splenda and 1c brown sugar. With that said, I LOVE THIS BREAD! It's so great. I never thought about adding pineapple to banana bread. I'm glad I came across this and will probably make it again. I do miss having chocolate chips in the banana bread so next time I think that will be a nice addition. Some of your favorite nuts would go nicely in this bread as well.

Dawn's Easy Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
I opted out of the bourbon, coconut and pecans (along with the evaprtated milk). They came out deliscious!! One box does make too many of them expecially when one sandwhich is more then enough for one person. Next time I think I'm going to make them smaller so they don't look too overwhelming and so I'll have more. Other then that, I wouldn't change a thing!

Oatmeal Scotchies - The Original

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
Other then cutting this recipe in half, I didn't used quite as much oats, also added a tad bit more cinnamon (I LOVE cinnamon) and a tad bit more chips for my liking. These came out wonderful! I will definatly make again. HINT: Before droping cookies, chill the dough for a few minuites. You're cookies will stand up better.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies III

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
I added a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg, also omitted the walnuts (didn't have any). None the less, they came out PERFECT! I would recommend this to anyone and will defiantly make again! I would recommend refrigerating the batter for a few before baking, so they don't flatten out. Again, I love this cookie!!

I personaly love butterscotch and had to try this out when I first seen it. I cut the recipie in half, but followed it exactly afterwards. (except I did add a couple extra table spoons PB due to other reviews saying it lacked the PB taste) EXCELENT! It was a hit along friend and family. It set up perfect! Will definaly keep this one around.

Followed the recipe exactly. I used salsa as well. We also sprinkled some shreeded cheese on top. FANTASTIC! The cool part about this is that you can make how ever many you want! Very easy and very tasty! Aslo good with hot sauce on it! We also used turkey bacon, which if you've never had it, IT'S AWESOME!

Washboard Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
What attracted me to these is there's wasn't any special ingredients I had to run out and get. However, I didn't have dark brown sugar so I used light instead. I also added some cinammon, like a previous reviewer suggested. Came out wonderful! Even after cooled they have a nice crunch to the outside and are nice and chewy on the inside. I will make again for hoidays or just for fun!

Great Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
I made these with chocolate chips on top, I didn't do icing however. They are nice! I think I should drizzle some icing over them next time. I froze haf that batch hoping to make them soon. The oatmeal is great in it. Will make again.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
This was my first time making cookies with cake mix. I substituted the 1/2c veg oil for 1/3c apple sauce and 1tbl spoon veg oil (to cut out some of the fat). They came out great! I will make again for a quick cookie fix or even for the kids.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
First off, let me say that I used banana yogurt in place of the shortening and that I only used 2cps quick oats instead of 3cps, along with omitting the walnuts due to not having any. With that said, these came out great; despite the fact that my oven was at 400 degrees. I will most likely use this one again when I have some leftover bananas.

Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I made this and added some peanut butter chips to the mix in the end. The taste is good but the bread is rather crumbly. Hubby says it's better that way so I bumped this up to a FOUR star. My 20 month old loves it as well!

Sweet Potato Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
Was very interesting to make! I never thought about making sweet potato bread, though it caught my eye so I gave it a go. I subed some brown sugar for white and sprinkled some on top before baking. It wasn't like any other bread I've tasted before. It was good! Will probably make again when I have left over sweet potatoes.

Delicious Pineapple Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I omitted the topping, mostly due to lack of brown sugar, and to skip on extra fat and calories (used Splenda instead of sugar too). I also added the pineapple to the batter. With that said, These came out great! I will make again and maybe experiment with more flavors.
