Peanut Choc-Scotch Fudge

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I personaly love butterscotch and had to try this out when I first seen it. I cut the recipie in half, but followed it exactly afterwards. (except I did add a couple extra table spoons PB due to other reviews saying it lacked the PB taste) EXCELENT! It was a hit along friend and family. It set up perfect! Will definaly keep this one around.

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
I cut this recipe in half for it was just for me and my husband (didn't want that many). I accidentaly added a bit too much apple sauce. Had to bake them a bit longer. They was chewy, but not he good kind of chewy. I didn't like them. I think I'm going to stick with cookies with eggs in them.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I didn't have buttermilk so I pout 2tblsp vinagar in 2cp milk for 15 mins (stir well). I put some brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top like another reviewer suggested. Came out wonderful! I enjoyed this bread and will most likely make again. I imagine rasins (if unlike me, you like them) would be good in here too; about 1cp.

Individual Egg Bakes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly. I used salsa as well. We also sprinkled some shreeded cheese on top. FANTASTIC! The cool part about this is that you can make how ever many you want! Very easy and very tasty! Aslo good with hot sauce on it! We also used turkey bacon, which if you've never had it, IT'S AWESOME!

Chocolate Chip Cookies Lite

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
I followed the recepie exactly. I was debating on keeping the egg yolk in there, but I did exclude it. With that said, these cookies came out looking great. The taste wasn't so bad either. However, it's the texture that gets me. They're are rubber like. Not very good. Like, I said, the taste and presentation was nice. Due to the rubber consistancy, I don't think I will be making these again.

Pineapple Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
First of all, I did up the cinnamon and vanilla. I didn't messure the banana, I just used 3 of them. I used some 1/4c apple sauce in place of 1/4c of the veg oil, along with 1p Splenda and 1c brown sugar. With that said, I LOVE THIS BREAD! It's so great. I never thought about adding pineapple to banana bread. I'm glad I came across this and will probably make it again. I do miss having chocolate chips in the banana bread so next time I think that will be a nice addition. Some of your favorite nuts would go nicely in this bread as well.

Deep Dish Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
After reading other reviews I decided to make this with 2 eggs, little bit more coco powder and I did 1/2 the baking powder that it called for, instead of omiting it entrily. I also used 1/4c apple sauce with 1/2c butter instead of 3/4c butter. AFTER those changes, I do say these are great from-scratch brownies! I rate 3 stars for the fact that I DID alter the recipie due to reviews, but I'm glad I found this recipe. I will most likely make again, adding chocolate chips and/or nuts.

Vegan Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
When I wrote this recipe down I didn't have any eggs in the house. Then I changed my mind about it. I found it tonight and decided to actually try it for fun. It's really good! We choped up some milky way bars into bits and put them on top. Great addition! If I find myself eggless and cravin brownies I will make again. I would also recomend to a friend.

Dawn's Easy Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
I opted out of the bourbon, coconut and pecans (along with the evaprtated milk). They came out deliscious!! One box does make too many of them expecially when one sandwhich is more then enough for one person. Next time I think I'm going to make them smaller so they don't look too overwhelming and so I'll have more. Other then that, I wouldn't change a thing!

Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
I hate to give it a bad review, however they came out grainy! They fall apart easy. Not chewy, just grainy. I followed the recipie exacty so I'm not sure what went wrong. But I don't think I'll be useing this recipie again.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I made it exactly how the recipie said with one exception. I used old fashion oats as some reviewers mentioned it would leave the cookie more chewy. I did not make them into sandwhiches, but did add chocolate chips to the top before baking. I did chill the batter before putting it on pans and pressed with a fork. I can't stop eating them!! They are great.

I followed the recipie exactly how it was writen. The cookies came out wonderful! I do recomend to mix cinnimon and sugar and sprinkle it on top of the cookies RIGHT when they come out of the oven. They are delisious! I might add some chocolate bits to them next time.

Great Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
I made these with chocolate chips on top, I didn't do icing however. They are nice! I think I should drizzle some icing over them next time. I froze haf that batch hoping to make them soon. The oatmeal is great in it. Will make again.

Washboard Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
What attracted me to these is there's wasn't any special ingredients I had to run out and get. However, I didn't have dark brown sugar so I used light instead. I also added some cinammon, like a previous reviewer suggested. Came out wonderful! Even after cooled they have a nice crunch to the outside and are nice and chewy on the inside. I will make again for hoidays or just for fun!

I made mine with one can of biscuits also in a 8in round pan. Didn't have shredded cheese so I just put some sliced on top. Turned out just fine! Great for making if you're out of buns or just want a new take on manwhich. I'm sure kids would love it.

These were awesome! Everyone loved them and they were gone the next day. Next time I make them I think I'll do chocolate cake and chocolate pudding mix.
