A friend gave me this recipe years ago....glad I found it here (I remembered the ingredients, just not measurements)....this is the BEST pie for summer!

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
This was the most DELICIOUS pudding recipe combination! I did a few things differently tho: I used 3.5 banana cream and 3.5 french vanilla puddings, as other reviewers recommended-awesome! I didn't put the remaining half of the whipped cream on top...and I used Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies instead of Nilla Wafers. (These kick Nilla Wafer's butt-you'll LOVE the taste! Try it!) :o)

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
Thought this would be good...however, the sauce is somewhat tasty before the sesame seeds. I took a chance cause the reviews were so good and took this to our family reunion...everyone disliked it. Sorry :\

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
This was good...but a little too sweet for my taste. Great recipe (quality) though.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
This was my first bread machine attempt. Good, basic bread. Super easy. I followed a tipster's advice by adding the xtra .5 t salt...turned out perfect in consistency, and decent taste. Looking for something with a little more flavor for and "aah" factor, though. If I compared the taste to a commercial brand...probably Whitewheat.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
This is absolutely THE best meatloaf EVER! Only change I made: I added about 1-2 t Marjoram and 1-2 t Basil, and replaced salt for garlic salt and one extra egg. The first time I made it I did the mini loaves, but now I just make one large loaf in my PS stone casserole pan. Me & my boyfriend LOVE this and could eat it VERY often. THANK YOU!

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
These are delicious, but DON'T REFRIGERATE overnite as it suggests....but the one hour chill would be okay to thicked for scooping onto a pan. I have very sore hands from all the digging after leaving overnight (I and I double the recipe!) OUCH! lol
