These were amazing! I made a couple changes per others reviews. I used 1 tsp course salt, butter instead of shortening, and buttermilk and mixed it all in a food processor. I also brushed the top with milk to get a nice color. These were really good! Thanks for the recipe!

Peach Pie

Loved it! It is a bit runny but was like a syrup and went awesome with ice cream. Will make over and over again. I did add some cinnamon and nutmeg but other than that, followed it to a T.

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

This was very easy and tasty. It makes a total of 4 pie crusts, enough for 2 pot pies. I didn't have shortening and used 3 sticks of butter softened instead. I baked as my recipe call for. Perfect.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

This is my go to coffee cake recipe. I always make it in an 8X8 dish and sometimes add berries or chocolate chips to it. Today I am making it just as it is. Super yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Slow Cooker Chili II

This was very good but had to add more seasoning. I checked the chili about an hour and a half before finishing and it was a bit bland. I added an additional 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder (Total 1 T.) and 1/2 tsp of ground cumin powder. My family does not like bell pepper so did not add that. Will make this again...SOON!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so good. I did add a bag of frozen veggies and some mushrooms so we could have a complete dinner in a pot. Next time I will shred the chicken before adding the biscuits. I cut the biscuits in half and added 1 hour prior to serving. This was the best. Thanks!

Quick and Easy Brownies

So good! I was looking for a fudgey recipe so I only used 1 c. flour as others had suggested and added a cup of chocolate chips. PERFECT! It is so good.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

I dried out the pumpkin seeds in the oven at 170 for a little over 2 hours and then followed the recipe. Very tasty. My new recipe for pumpkin seeds. Thanks for sharing.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

This coffee cake was so good. I served it for a Mom's group and I got compliments at how moist it was. I followed the ingredients exactly, baked in in a round springform pan for about 15 minutes longer, and took a knife and swirled the topping into the cake. I will make this again! Thanks for the great recipe!

Pumpkin Bread Ring

This is pretty good. I think the only reason why the family gave it 4 is because it looks like a cake but taste like a bread like it should. I took the other reviewers advice and added cinnamon to the glaze. I am getting ready to make 2 more for a memorial service tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe.
