Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I made this last night for dinner. I did make a few changes though. First, I dipped my chicken in a mixture of melted butter and Djohn Mustard, than I pressed the outside of the chicken into Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs. I also added some extra Swiss Cheese into the middle. I baked it for 25 min. and added more cheese to the top of the chicken and baked it for 5 more min. This was perfectly moist and simply delicious! My family (especially hubby) enjoyed it! I liked that this recipe gave me a base to start with and be able to play around with a bit. Thanks...!!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are wonderful. I have this recipe already except that mine calls for 1 cup of light brown sugar instead of white sugar. I do roll them in white sugar. These are a very favorite of ours all through the year. It is important that you take them out of the oven right when you see them crack. If not, they will be hard. I love mine chewy with a golden brown bottom.

Peppermint Patty I
My husband & I made a huge pot of this on our woodstove (which is outside under our patio) last weekend....It is YUMMY. Have made it a lot in the past. We don't call it Peppermint Patty though...It's just hot chocolate and pepperming schnapps to us! :-)
