Very good, but I found the red wine vinegar taste a bit over powering. Next time I will cut it back to 1/4 c. and add some oyster or black bean sauce to make up the difference. I added a heaping tbsp. of cornstarch to the sauce and then stir fried all my veggies and meat, then made a well in the middle and poured the sauce into the middle, letting it come to a boil and thicken. Then mixed the sauce in and served over brown basmati rice. I also stir fried broccoli, celery, carrots, zuchinni and 1 tbsp. minced ginger. You could add any veggies you have on hand for a great, full balanced meal.
