Very easy and tasty. After looking through some of the photos here, I was worried it would be a big sloppy mess, but decided to go for it anyway. While it is a bit messy, it's got a lot of crunch thanks to the crescent roll crust and crushed tortilla chips. The cheese adds awesome ooey-gooey-ness. You have to try it.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

This recipe is great and super easy! I've made it twice over the holidays this year and would only add that you need to make sure you cut the broccoli into relatively small pieces... pistachio sized or smaller. This was it will be easier to eat and also stays together better.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Delicious. We had some cooked bacon instead of raw so we chopped it up and added it to the spinach mixture, it was delicious that way!

Baked Brie with Caramelized Pears, Shallots and Thyme

This was pretty good. Maybe I'm not a huge fan of thyme as a spice, that's all. The bread and brie were delicious and caramelized shallots and pears are always tasty. (If you don't have shallots, you can totally use a regular spanish onion.)

Cream Cheese Penguins

Very easy to make. You don't really need two sizes of olives. The cream cheese you stuff into the bottom one naturally makes it appear fatter. Unfortunately, no one at the party liked olives so they just sat there. Great recipe if you love olives.
