This recipe was quite good, I don't know if I'd make it again, considering the meat cost me $73! I made the same mistake as another reviewer...I left the reduction on the stove and before the 30 minutes were up, I was left with less than a quarter of the sauce, so I had to add more broth. Maybe because I reduced it too much, but the sauce was VERY salty. Luckily, the meat was nice and sweet, so it cut the saltiness. I agree with the poster that said the give time yielded a very rare roast, which did not go over well with my husband, so I had to add slices back to the oven to cook more. Good recipe, but a little disappointed considering the hype.
