This was SO good! I decided, despite the reviews of others with tips on enhancing the recipe, to go with the exact recipe as written. It turned out absolutely perfectly. Tasted just like a jalapeno popper, even with the Parmesan cheese, which was freshly grated. Served it with slices of french baguette. The only thing I did differently, was to bake it at 300 F for half an hour in a glass 9x9 square baking dish. As it cooled down, I just popped it back into the microwave to re-heat it. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. My suggestion is, do not stray from the original recipe until you've at least tried it. I wouldn't change a thing!
