I made this earlier today for the 4th of July tomorrow & I can't stop eating it!! Delicious!! I did change a few things though and did add some things. I felt that much sugar is just crazy so I only used 1/2 tablespoon probably pointless but that’s what I used. I only used half a red onion and it still has a lot of onion flavor which is fine with me but for others it may be too much. I didn’t use celery or pimentos. I did use the carrots and green pepper. I also used 3 hard boiled eggs and mild shredded cheddar. I used 50 % more mayo and another tablespoon or so of mustard. We will see what everyone thinks tomorrow but my husband & I already love it & can’t stop eating it! Hopefully it will last and be around tomorrow if we don’t eat it all before then.

These Cream Cheese Bar are always a fave everytime I make them!! You can never go wrong baking these for a party or get together. Everytime I amke them people think they are out of this world and they are so easy too! I changed it up recently and made it with red velvet cake instead of Yellow cake because I wanted them to look festive for x-mas. My friends who had it before liked the yellow cake better but they still ate them all up! For those who never had it they loved it! I also took out a cup of confectioners sugar because it really is toooo much sugar and believe me you won't notice if you take out a cup. I put a little vanilla instead. Like a teaspoon. You can't go wrong with this sweet treat!!
