Szechwan Shrimp

This is so good. I have been looking for a great szechuan recipe and I have finally found it. I like to make extra sauce and add cooked linguine noodles to the shrimp to make it similar to a noodle bowl. I prefer to use uncooked shrimp because if you use cooked shrimp the texture can get too tough, but that is just a preference.
