Lemon Pound Cake II

This would have been perfect with just three eggs,however I could take the eggs due to it had four. I will make again and do with three. Other than that very good.

Hands down the best cheesecake ever. Everyone loved it on Christmas Eve. I used the reduced fat cream cheese and lite sour cream and it was amazing. I will use this recipe over and over.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This honestly was about the best thing I ever tasted. I followed the recipe exactly with just adding one more teaspoon of cinnamon. I make it for Bunco and it was a huge hit.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was so good....it was better though the day after. Seemed more flavorful. I did not have nutmeg or cloves, so I added 1 teaspoon of allspice. Will def make this over and over! Oh and I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose.

This was amazing, I followed the recipe exactly except instead of nuts, I used 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Took it to work and it was gone in minutes!

This was very good...I used the Wilton meringue substitute instead of the egg whites. I would double the meringue recipe for more fluff and I had to brown it about 10-12 minutes.

I thought there were very good, I actually added two cans of drained crab meat and you do not need a whole cup of breadcrumbs to make them stick together..Will def make again

This would have been five stars if I could have found key lime juice. I used low fat sour cream and I would just give it a few more hours to chill than the recipe says! Was great!

Raspberry Streusel Muffins

Very good!! I did not have oats,but I had a packet of cinnamon roll instant oatmeal that I used with the cut up butter instead of making the streusel topping and turned out great!
