Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Great reciepe,i changed it up a bit. Used 1/3 cup balsamic vinger, 1/3 cup of white wine, 1tbsp of honey,1/2 cup of olive oil, my own chicken seasoning with paprika, two sprigs of rosemary, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar marinaded it over night. Preheated the oven to 350, cut of potatoes,carrots and sweet potatoes and two big onions. Placed the onions on the bottom as suggested in several reviews, placed the roast ovet the onions and the potatoes around the outside of the roast and the carrots on top. Cooked it for one hour then tuned down to 325 for another hour. Removed the meat and the vegs and made gravy with the drippingfrom the roadt. Thanks foreveryones help, it came out great!
