Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2009
These waffles are wonderful. My family loved them. I even made a pumpkin cream to go on top of them, oh my goodness. A keeper and really good for a cold winter's night.

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2006
This is a Great recipe. I substituted real bacon and used the grease to make the roux. This packed in a whole lot more flavor. I also sauted a few of the onions with the bacon. Overall, I think the kids will absolutely love this soup.

Chocolate Truffles

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
These were wonderful and my daughters and I had so much fun making the Truffles. My 6 yr. old daughter thought of taking crushed graham crackers and rolling the Truffles in it, what a wonderful idea. The graham cracker version almost tasted like smores. My daughters and I will surely make these again. Thank-You for the recipe.

Peppermint Patties

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
I just was not very pleased with this recipe. After letting the patties set out they became very dry and the taste was not good at all. I hope others have better luck with this recipe. I know,I will not bother with it again.

This recipe is very good, just the right amount of sweetness. A family hit, even my spinger spanial liked it. Get for Sunday Brunch. Will make it again and again. I also placed the topping on at the last 10mins of baking, and I used 1/3c. brown sugar and 1/3c. of white sugar for the topping.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2003
This is great and very easy to make. Taste ever better when you bake it on a Home and Garden Party Stone. I also removed some of the batter as sugested by others. Just make a bar cookie out of the left over batter. Also as an added touch you can frost with chocolate frosting. I will make this again and again.

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2003
This recipe is awesome. We had it at one of our fall get togethers and everyone loved it. So yummy and smooth. A must for any one to try. I had no problem getting this to set-up. Just make sure you do what the recipes says. You have to Stir the mixture the whole time you boil it and must be boiled for the entire 18 minutes. Well, worth all the work.
