Bean Quesadillas

I truly dislike beans and never eat them. After cooking these for vegetarian guests, I tasted them. And they could not stop eating. Delish, even for a 'bean hater'.

Rosemary Red Potatoes

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw

If anyone liks coleslaw, they love this! It's a hit wherever I take it. I do add more coleslaw though, since the oil/vinegar seems to 'cook down' the cabbage.

I've only made this twice (both time for dinner parties) and it was a super hit each time. Didn't change a thing. Cooked on a grill, wrapped in tin foil soaking in the marinade. Very, very moist. Awesome!
