Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
I made this last night and WOW! This is one of the mosy delicious things I've ever made. It was so easy. I cooked it on High for 4 hours and it literally fell apart when I picked it up with a fork. I then added the BBQ sauce and cooked it an addl hour on High. It was quite filling. I usually get requests for 2nd helpings and although delicious, everyone was satisfied with one sandwich.

Stuffed Mexican Peppers

Wow. Great recipe. Very filling. Picture perfect results if you follow the recipe exactly. We had a lot of left over meat mixture. Ate it with chips while the peppers were baking.

I thought this was ok. Kind of bland. Nothing really sticks out about the taste.

Easy Apple Coleslaw

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
This was very tasty and easy to make. I didn't use all of the dressing. I used maybe 20% of the dressing. That was enough to give the salad some flavor but not oversaturate it. The apple really compliments this. I used extra lemon to taste.

Ropa Vieja in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
This is one of my favorite recipes found on this site. I made this twice within a few weeks. The meat ends up being so tender and the flavors are so rich. I brought left overs to work and everyone loved it also.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
I love it! I didn't have steak sauce handy so I used about 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce and 3 splashes of worcestershire sauce along with the ketchup. I also only used the flakes of the onion soup mix.
