Heavenly Halibut

This is FABULOUS! My bro-in-law, who HATES fish, had a 2nd helping!! The Parmesan topping is by far the best I've ever had - no restaurant has ever come close! We LOVE it and make it frequently.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is the most CRAZY DELICIOUS & MOIST pumpkin bread ever!! I made some loaves with pecans, some with chocolate chips, some with both. EVERYONE loves this bread. A must have and must keep!!
