Slow Cooker Bolognese
I have a habit of tinkering with recipes a bit and adding this or that, or more of one thing or another. Well, with this recipe I decided to make it exactly as written. Made if for my sons birthday, and we had the inlaws over. Everyone loved it, was just perfect! Served it over Barilla whole grain thin spaghetti noodles. Very meaty and rich. I really cannot think of changing anything. One person mentioned adding some bacon, sounds good maybe will try that. But truly this is a great recipe just as written and very easy!

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups
Simple, easy and perfect!! This is very good, have some aspararus growing our garden and this was a perfect use for it. And drumroll please, the dreaded "I didnt have this so I substited that" routine. Well, I personally do not like the taste of tarragon, so the only sub I did was to use some crushed fennel sead in place of the tarragon. Actually, I think they are the same plant just different stages right? Anyhow, so good I made it last week and making it again tomorrow. Have fun and be creative in the kitchen and make it yours!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
When you goto make a chili this simple do you really need a recipe anymore? This has got to be the most boring and bland chili ever, but then again it has nothing interesting in the recipe to make it shine. Chili is very much up to whatever somebody likes and you can pretty much throw in everything but the kitchen sink to your liking and unique to your own taste. But this one here is a real letdown and bland.
