Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
These are wonderful! And very easy! This recipe has started a family breakfast on saturdays and sundays! They are delicious, an everyone loves them! I have to double the recipe, and there are only three of us! my 2 year old daughter scarfs them down! I also sometimes make a waffle recipe I found on here, Waffles I, or French Toast, to switch it up.

Lemon Corn and Zucchini

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
This is a very good recipe that I will be using a lot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt the lemon was too overpowering in the recipe. Next time I make this I will cut the lemon juice in half. But this is a very yummy, healthy side dish.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
This deserves 10 stars! It is delicious! Follow recipe and you will love it too!. The only change I made was I cooked it at 300 not 350 and for about 4 minutes on each side not 5 to 6, but it could depend on the skillet, so just keep on eye on it so that it doesnt burn. Other than that, great! I made this twice this week, and its only wednesday! Will def make this again and again!

Banana Chip Muffins I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
These are great! I have made them twice in 2 weeks. My husband is always in a rush in the morning and doesn't have time for breakfast so he grabs one or two and eats them on the way way to work. We are trying to lose weight so I did some substitutions. I used splenda instead of sugar. And I used whole wheat flour. They were still delicious. Next time I might change out the chocolate for chopped pecans! YUM!

Garlic Carrots

AMAZING!!! Me and my husband LOVE these! This will become a regular dish in my house. I didn't expect so much flavor from a carrot dish but this was wonderful. Between me and my husband there were no leftovers!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
All I have to say is yuuuuuummm!! This was so delicious my husband finished his bowl in about 3 minutes flat. However, mine was a little dry, there wasnt enough sauce. It may be because of bigger chicken breasts, Im not sure so tomorrow I will make some more sauce for it but this was amazing!! I made it with a double tomato bruschetta recipe i found on here and it was all delicious!

Vanille Kipferl II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
I first tried making these before christmas, and I tried skipping the step to put them in the freezer. Bad idea. They were burnt on the bottom and not cooked in the middle. So I tried again to make them, after christmas, and did all steps and they turned out wonderful!! I cant wait to make them next christmas and have people try them. My husband is from Germany and said that they were great. If you dont have vanilla sugar, and dont have the time to make it, I found a website that says you can make it by mixing 1 tsp of vanilla extract with 2 cups of sugar, mix it up and try to let it spread out in a large peice of tupperware, or a baking dish. After about an hour or so it will be hard, and you can just break it apart with a fork. Thanks for the recipe!

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
This was amazing! I made this for my anniversary and it was so elegant, but not hard to make, and so delicious! I used small shrimp because it didnt have the tail still on it. It did have a lot of shrimp though, by using a pound. When I make this again, (which I will!) I will probably double all the other ingredients but only use a pound of shrimp. I made this with a Double Tomato Bruschetta recipe I also found on here, and drank Moscata wine with it.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
This recipe is delicious!!! I made this on my anniversary and it was almost gone before I could even finish dinner!! My only suggestion is to buy two french baguettes because I had a lot of the Bruschetta left over. Or cut the bread shorter than it says. But this was great I will definitely make this again!
