Unbelievable Chicken

This marinate is amazing. I didnt use as much sugar as I dont like marinades quite so sweet. I used the splenda brown sugar and only used a couple tablespoons. I cut up the chicken for skewers and marinated the meat overnight. They turned out great! Thanks for the recipe

This was a very good recipe. I used fresh mushrooms and sauted them instead of canned. I also used miscellaneous herbs and spices to enhance the flavor.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

This was very good recipe. I think maybe I didnt use enough Ranch. I made the ranch dressing from the packet so I could control the fat. I used lowfat Mayo and it was very good. I also added ham as some had suggested so I could use this as an entree.

Jagerschnitzel

My father is German so I made this for him. He loved it. I also used fresh mushrooms instead of canned as I don't like the texture of canned mushrooms. Served with German potato salad and you have a great German meal

Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce

Oh my gosh....I put off making this because I am not a big pork chop fan, but this was outstanding! I added about 1 or 2 T of dijon mustard to the gravy and it was great. There was extra gravy left so I saved it to put on other things. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These were falling off the bone excellent. I also used 1C ketchup and 1C chili sauce and 1C of Stubbs BBQ sauce. The rest of the recipe I followed exactly. I like things a little spicier, but was serving to some who do not. I will try to spice it up next time with a habenero and less sugar.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
