Orange Cake
Wonderful, easy cake. I followed earlier suggestions and used orange cake mix and orange pudding mix. I used slightly diluted frozen orange juice concentrate in the cake and the glaze for even more orange flavor. I also doubled the glaze, saving most of it to use as sauce on individual pieces of the cake. A hit at work. Next time I may add semisweet minimorsels, since I love the combination of orange and chocolate.

Lemonade Pie III
This is a fantastic pie. The only change I make is to use a crust made of crushed gingersnaps. Always a hit. Once when a friend and her family stayed with us, we were surprised to find that the second pie -- about a third of a pie -- was gone. My friend's husband had devoured it. "It was just one piece," he said. LOL!

Sachertorte
The frosting is what makes this cake. You can substitute a bit of coffee liqueuer, 1 to 2 tablespoons (whatever it takes to making spreading consistency) for the coffee. Cake is nice with a dollop of whipped cream on it. Bites without frosting or whipped cream are just average. I usually go for deeper chocolate flavor. Don't freak out at the crackled crust on top when you pull it out of oven... icing covers it.
