Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2014
This was really delicious. My boyfriend almost loathes salmon cakes yet, after adding this sauce to them, I was able to get him to eat half of one cake, lol. I followed the recipe as is; I only implemented light milk cream for the usage of regular milk. I even dipped my French fries in the sauce. Thank u for this one!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2014
I loved this recipe! It gave the old tastebuds a new adventure, lol. I followed the directions pretty much to a T. Except, I didn't have any cloves of any kind, so I substituted minced onion for it. For every 1 clove, I used 2 tsps. I opted for 4 teaspoons total. I let it cook on high for three hours, then low for a hour to a hour in a half. Towards the end, I added cornstarch for thickness. I will make this again. Thank u

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2014
This recipe made me want to try and cook every meat that I could think of with it!! The ingredients in this recipe made this meal so delicious, delightful and delectable! My choice of chicken meat were chicken tenders. I only made slight adjustments. I had about 8 tenders, used 1 tsp of garlic salt (probably could have used a dash more) and mixed 1/4 of flour to my Progresso Italian Bread Crumb mixture vs the cracker crumbs. I could have also just used 1 beaten egg instead of 2. I let them bake for just about 40 or a lil less; bathing them individually with melted butter during half-time and towards the end. I love to make different meals and to experience a variety of flavorful foods! Thank u kindly for sharing!!

It was a different and tasty recipe. I really don't have too much to rave about for except for the fact that it was good.

Slow Cooker Pernil Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2014
This recipe was AWESOME!! I had only made a few adjustments. I didn't have any garlic cloves so I used 2tsps of garlic powder. I didn't have any Chile pepper so I substituted those 2tsps as follow: 1tsp of cayenne, 1tsp of paprika. I used vegetable oil bc I don't own any olive oil. That I poured at my own discretion. And last, I added to the blender mixture 1 cup of water. Blended those ingredients and viola!! For the first two hours, I cooked it on low. And for the last 3 to 4 hours, I slow cooked it on high. I loved, my kids did too!! Thank u for sharing this recipe!

Salmon Cakes III

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
This was a great and tasty meal. Mostly I believe it was because I added extra spices of my own. I added dashes of lemon pepper, Season All and garlic salt. Along with 1/4 tsp of paprika and just a little bit more than that of Old Bay Seasoning. I really didn't need as much oil for one can of Salmon. Next time, ill probably just use half of a cup only.It was scrumptious!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
This recipe was just fantastic. I pretty much did exactly what I was told to do except for a few minor changes. I added Progresso bread crumbs to each side of the breasts, then the ham and finally the cheese. Afterwards, I sprinkled them still with the flour concoction up above. Then cooked them as suggested. When they were all done, I removed the chicken breasts, and began making the sauce. I used the grease that was in the pan to aid to the taste as well as putting a chicken bullion cube in it too!! It was scrumptious! They were gone that day and it was only two of us. Thanks so kindly.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
This recipe was pretty good. It gave my tomngue a different venue, as far as pork loin goes. I only had about 4 pork loin that weighed n about 1.69lbs so I adjusted some of my ingredients. I pre-seasoned them first, I only used 1 1/2 tbsp of both the minced garlic and the soy sauce. As well as just a lil under the recommended amt of soy sauce suggested. In total I let mines marinate for 4 1/2 hrs and during the last half hour, I added 2 tbsp of cornstarch to thicken up the Au jus!! It was great! My bf enjoyed it. Thank you

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
I just lived this recipe and it truly was delicious!! I did like a reviewer before me had and added 1/4c of white sugar and 1/2c of brown sugar. I didn't have any clove garlic so I substituted it with simply garlic powder. My plan was to put half into the pot with chicken and the other half during its duration, but I ended up, by mistake pouring it in there all @ once. So after about 35 mins, I simply rotated the legs, and then once more in about 15 mins after that. My bf rarely eats a lot of chicken but it really liked it and even had it for breakfast the next day. Great recipe indeed. Thank you
