Fudge

This fudge was delicious, and so easy to make. I had some leftover Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips, so I used one cup of those and 2 cups of regular chocolate chips. I really was not expecting the fudge to be as good as it is considering how few ingredients there are.

Easy Chocolaty Brownies

I made these tonight since I had cake mix, but not enough eggs. As others have said, these really aren't brownies...more of a dense cake. Still tasty, though. I had leftover frosting that needed to be used, so I put that on and it was very good. I would recommend this, but not if you're looking for a traditional brownie.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

These cookies are delicious! I did make one small change by adding 1/2 tsp salt. They didn't end up like the picture...they look more like the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies recipe also on this site, and it may have been the salt that did it. The other recipe doesn't have brown sugar though, so I would imagine that mine tasted a lot closer to this recipe. I will say that mine came out more like a brownie than a cookie...crisp on the outside but moist and chewy on the inside. Fortunately, that's exactly how I like my cookies. I will definitely be making them again!

Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies II

I made these cookies for Christmas, and everyone loved them! I made a double recipe and ended up with 6 dozen cookies for 9 people...ended up with less than a dozen left over, and they won't be around much longer. The dough was very sticky when I made it, but I chilled it overnight and it was a lot easier to work with. Also, it is very important to not over mix the dough so they don't come out too tough. If you do it right they are soft and a bit cake-like, but I love them that way. I'll definitely be making this recipe in the future.

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

I'm getting over a cold and didn't feel like standing over the stove, so I used this recipe to make two sandwiches just for myself. They came out perfectly! I cooked them on the first side for about 6 minutes, and on the second side for about 4. The results were actually better than I generally get when cooking on the stove top since I tend to burn them. I'll definitely be using this in the future, both when I'm cooking for a bunch of people and when I'm just cooking for myself.
