Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Excellent! I followed other users and omitted the flour and upped the chili powder. Tastes exactly like the mix from the store, my chili came out awesome!!!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
These came out a bit salty. I didnt have mini-rolls, so I just halved hamburger buns. Tasted very good! Next time I will half the recipe.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I halved this recipe. I was worried when the yeast mixture didnt froth, but the end result came out wonderful! Not exactly a clone, but close enough to satisfy my Cinnabon craving.

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
I was skeptical because of the recipe including Mountain Dew, but they came out amazing! I halved the recipe. The leftovers dont hold well in the fridge though.

Potato Tacos

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
Great idea!! I actually turned this idea into Shepherd's Pie tacos. They came out well, but I feel they would have tasted better baked after cooking in the skillet.

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
The cook time was way off, and these were not crispy like I expected, even though I cooked them for over 45min. Seasoning was great, but the texture was not.

Apple Crisp Cups

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
I did not like these. There was too much crust and topping compared to the ratio of apples. I was very disapointed by this recipe.

Home Made Top Tarts!

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
How awesome these turned out! THey looked like real poptarts! I probably could have used a tiny bit more jam... I used sugar free and couldnt notice a difference in taste. The icing was great too. The store was out of refrigerated crusts, so frozen pie dough works well after it is thawed too.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
I made these tonight. I admit, I was a bit skeptical after reading the ingredients, but like the other good reviews, mine came out awesome! Cooked it in a skillet on the stove.

Chex® Pumpkin Pie Crunch

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
I was hoping there would be more of an "in-your-face" pumpkin pie flavor, but there wasnt. A big hit with the kids at the playgroup though!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
I used this as a guide for chicken and bean chimichangas. Came out great! Shreddded chicken breasts, black beans, seasoned rice, onion, and cheese.

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
This is like a blueberry muffin cake. The bake time was way off, and even still some parts of it are mushy, but the taste is amazing! There are plenty of blueberries in every bite. I used frozen blueberries, and the batter was near impossible to mix, but the end result came out great.

Crispy Wontons

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
The filling tastes superb! The proportions are spot-on, even when I used shredded chicken instead of pork. I dont like the idea of frying them. I also must have used the wrong kind of wrapper (my selection is very limited here) and may go with a lumpia wrapper next time.

Strawberry Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly, and the cook time was way off. I had to cook for at least 30-40 min longer than listed, and still the cake came out soggy and lacking flavor.

Flan Mexicano (Mexican Flan)

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This is the first time I made flan, and it came out wonderful! I omitted the orange juice and subbed milk instead. I made do with a 9in cake pan and a stainless steel skillet for cooking. Hint for next time- dont overcook the sugar :) Will absolutely be making this again and again!
