Great basic cheesecake! I halved the ingredients to make a small 6" cake. Baked at 160C for 25-30 min until the cake was wobbly in the center when tapped.
I baked it with a water bath and sprayed the sides of the tin with PAM. If u spray the sides, the cake will simply lift itself out of the tin. No need to scrape the sides with a knife. My cake turned out with PERFECT edges, no browning, sinking nor cracking.
For those of you the have trouble with water from the water bath seep into the foil, try lining the cake tin with a layer of parchment first.
