Awesome Italian Hoagie Spread

It was excellent. It can be used as a 'hoagie' spread, a cracker spread or on top of a salad. Great change of flavor and pace for an appetizer.

Wife Saver French Toast

This was easy and yummy. I added another egg and about 3/4 cup more milk. I like my French Toast a bit moist. The 'sugar' turned to a gooey concoction that stuck to our teeth as it cooled. Great dish for a morning special breakfast.

Appetizer Chicken Kabobs

These were wonderful. I might try using boneless/skinless chicken thighs next time to give them a less dry piece of chicken meat. They were easy to prepare in shifts for appetizer serving....easy to cook!

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Yummy! I put them in my crockpot and they were able to stay on the table for a long period of time. I usually do the cocktail sauce/grape jelly recipe, but tried these and will do these again....much more delicious!

Overnight French Toast II

This was wonderful. I added more egg mixture to it to 'fill' my pan more so. You have to eat right away otherwise it gets stuck to the pan.

Awesome....definately a keeper and to add to any brunch menu. I made it the night before, took it out in the morning and brought it to room temp and then cooked it.
